Each listing uses images to explain our ordering process. Please use the last few images in the listing — as well as the item description for detailed instructions on placing your order. If your order requires personalization, please follow these instructions to ensure your order is placed correctly.
CAN I CHANGE DETAILS AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?
We can accept changes on orders up to 24 hours after they are placed. After this window has passed, your order will need to be cancelled and reordered.
CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?
At this time we are unable to accept any rush requests for any personalized orders, though expedited shipping is still available at checkout. Please use the ETAs you see provided in your cart to calculate approximate arrival dates.
CAN YOU UPDATE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Yes! To do this, please send a message here with your order number and NEW shipping address (including recipient name needed on the shipping label).
THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY DELIVERY

If there have been issues with delivery, please call the LOCAL post office (not 800 number) for tracking confirmation and GPS delivery information.
Most issues resolve themselves within 24 hours and are due to incorrect scans with drivers.
MY TRACKED ITEM WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I CAN’T FIND IT, WHAT CAN I DO?
- Many times a carrier will scan a package incorrectly marking it as delivered prior to the physical arrival. If this is the case with your package, they may attempt to redeliver on the next business day.
- The local post office where the package was sent to will be able to tell you the exact GPS location of where the items where left — their truck does this automatically when an item is scanned out. If it happens that they delivered it to a neighbor or something by mistake, this GPS location should be able to help find out who that was and normally they will be able to retrieve it!
